Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Research and build contact lists for:
• Local medical offices, pharmacies, labs, home health agencies, and hospice centers.
• Reach out via email or LinkedIn to introduce NextPath Xpress & Courier services.
• Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested leads.
• Maintain a CRM or spreadsheet of all leads, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Assist in preparing and sending rate sheets, proposals, and contracts.

2. Marketing & Brand Visibility
• Manage your Google Business profile (post updates, reply to reviews, monitor insights).
• Create and schedule posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook using your blue brand color scheme.
• Design or edit simple promotional flyers or digital ads using Canva.
• Manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., monthly courier service updates or special offers).

3. Client & Delivery Coordination
• Respond to client inquiries via email or phone promptly and professionally.
• Track ongoing deliveries or scheduled pickups, ensuring updates are logged accurately.
• Follow up after deliveries for feedback or referrals.
• Send out thank-you or satisfaction emails to maintain relationships.

4. Administrative Operations
• Manage driver applications through Google Forms or Typeform, screen for completeness.
• Update and maintain delivery logs or daily driver reports.
• Help organize digital files (contracts, insurance docs, invoices).
• Prepare weekly business summary reports (number of leads, deals closed, total deliveries, revenue).
