We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Coordinator to join our fast-growing performance marketing agency.
This role supports our account managers, marketing, and E-Commerce Strategy team with the day-to-day operations and growth of our clients’ TikTok Shops. You’ll manage multiple brand storefronts, ensuring shop health, product listings, affiliate programs, and sample requests run seamlessly.
You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our creators, clients, and campaigns moving fast.

Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Operations Management

Oversee 10+ TikTok Shop accounts across various client brands
Monitor shop health dashboards daily (violations, fulfillment rates, logistics status, etc.)
Update and maintain product listings: pricing, variations, descriptions, images, videos, and SEO keywords
Check and optimize listing quality scores for visibility and conversions
Track inventory, shipping timelines, and order fulfillment status
Identify and resolve issues affecting shop performance (suspensions, listing errors, etc.)
Affiliate & Creator Coordination (Support Role)

Work under the guidance of the Affiliate & Creative Partnerships Manager to:
Assist with reviewing and approving over 1,000 affiliate requests per month, and track sample shipments for creators.
Maintain and regularly update affiliate tracking sheets and campaign logs to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with the Affiliate & Creative Partnerships Manager to align the right products with affiliate and creator outreach initiatives.
Identify and flag top-performing affiliates, recommending opportunities for partnership expansion.
Support the onboarding and organization of new shops within the affiliate and creator programs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Update internal dashboards with daily/weekly shop metrics (GMV, ROAS, affiliate conversions, best-selling SKUs, etc.)
Create and maintain Google Sheets reports summarizing client performance and shop activity
Provide daily recaps to internal teams highlighting key shop events, order issues, or wins
E-Commerce & Paid Social Support

Coordinate with account managers and marketing/ Ecomm department to ensure accurate product links, tracking codes, and Shop links across paid campaigns
Support campaign launches, product drops, and major sales (BFCM, seasonal events)
Work with the E-Commerce Strategy Lead to align pricing, stock, and promo codes with live ad campaigns
Administrative & AI Assistance

Use ChatGPT and internal templates to assist with content descriptions, listings, or creator responses
Manage Euka automations + CRM for mass affiliate outreach
Maintain Asana task lists and ensure deadlines are tracked for all client shops
Document SOPs and process updates as the TikTok Shop program evolves
Qualifications

6 months+ experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred
1-2 years in e-commerce and marketing
Experience working with U.S.-based agencies or Shopify/TikTok sellers preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Shopify, Euka, and TikTok Seller Center
Knowledge of influencer marketing or affiliate programs is a plus
Fast learner with strong adaptability to new tools and systems
