Your Mission: Sales Pipeline Generation
As the Sales Development Specialist, you are the vital front end of our sales machine. Your primary function involves impactful, high-frequency outbound calling to warm leads, effectively communicating the financial and environmental logic of solar, and consistently booking pre-qualified virtual consultations.
Your Daily Impact Will Include:
Execute a high volume of frequent outbound calls to our curated database of warm leads.
Clearly and persuasively articulate the compelling financial and sustainability advantages of solar energy adoption.
Skillfully qualify prospects based on established criteria, accurately gauging their interest, authority, and readiness to move forward.
Expertly address common customer questions and professionally navigate and overcome initial objections.
Schedule, confirm, and prepare a smooth, detailed handover for our sales team’s high-value virtual appointments.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities, contact notes, and appointment data in our CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed established daily and weekly targets for booked, qualified appointments.
What We Seek in a Specialist
We are looking for a disciplined, self-motivated individual who excels at independent workflow management within a flexible, remote environment.
Essential Qualifications:
1+ year of proven experience in B2C or B2B outbound telemarketing, professional lead qualification, or sales development.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a naturally credible and charismatic phone presence.
Demonstrated ability to listen actively, rapidly build rapport, and handle challenging sales rebuttals with confidence and professionalism.
Highly organized, reliable, and self-disciplined, possessing the necessary focus to succeed in a fully remote role.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Go High Level, Mojo Dialer, etc.) and dialer technology is a strong advantage.
Previous experience or knowledge in the solar or general renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
