We are a fast-growing Peruvian gourmet sauce brand based in the U.S., focused on premium clean-ingredient products like Ají Amarillo and Rocoto sauces. Our products are sold through Amazon, Wildfork, and other specialty stores, and we’re expanding quickly across the U.S.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to help us manage inventory and sales data, so we can improve our production planning and forecasting accuracy

???? Responsibilities:

Collect and consolidate weekly stock data from our warehouse, distributors, and retailers (e.g., Wildfork, Amazon).

Maintain and update inventory tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).

Prepare simple weekly reports showing total stock, sell-through, and restock needs.

Assist in creating production forecasts based on historical data and sales trends.

Communicate with warehouse staff or brand representatives to confirm quantities and deliveries.

Help monitor sellouts and flag stores that need restocking.

Support other light admin or logistics tasks as needed.

???? Requirements:

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, filtering, pivot tables, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable with data entry, report creation, and communication in English.

Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.

Fast, reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

? Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time to start: 10–20 hours per week

Flexible schedule (must send weekly updates by a fixed time)

Pay range: $4–7 USD/hour, depending on experience
