GoHighLevel Specialist / Virtual Assistant (Full-Time Online Filipino Specialist)

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Online Filipino Specialist to join our marketing team as a GoHighLevel Specialist. This is a salaried, full-time position with flexible hours (approximately 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Perform daily GoHighLevel tasks such as managing sub-accounts, adding contacts, and onboarding new clients.
- Set up dedicated domains, automations, and workflows for each client.
- Maintain organized records and double-check all work to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Follow both written and video instructions precisely.
- Take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Communicate clearly with tea ---------- mbers and occasionally with clients.
- (Bonus) Assist with Google Business Profile connections and basic optimization.

Qualifications
- Proficient in GoHighLevel, with hands-on experience managing accounts, automations, and client setups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Comfortable learning from written and video instructions.
- (Preferred) Experience managing or optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with common tools and systems such as Slack, Trello, Google Drive, Google Meet, Loom, Monday, SiteGround, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, and Zapier.
