Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator and Bid Manager to support our team on a contract basis.
• Start with 15 hours/week, with potential to grow
• Flexible schedule and remote setup
• Ideal for someone with experience in construction drawings, signage scopes, managing a Bid end to end,

What We’re Looking For
• Experience reading architectural floor plans and site maps
• Ability to identify signage locations and quantities from construction drawings
• Familiarity with signage types, materials, and mounting methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bonus: Experience with Excel, Bluebeam, or take-off software

Key Responsibilities
• Review construction drawings to determine signage scope
• Assess gaps in details or specifications and flag missing or unclear information
• Reach out to the General Contractor (GC) for clarification when drawings or specs are ambiguous
• Keep on top of Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure timely responses and updates
• Prepare take-off sheets showing quantities by type and location
• Flag missing information or potential conflicts
• Coordinate with our internal team and General Contractors to clarify scope and ensure accuracy
• Assist with pricing and proposal support
