We're a digital marketing agency that partners with businesses across various industries. We frequently need fresh, professional website designs for our clients and are looking for talented designers to collaborate with on a project basis.

About the Role

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity. We have a steady flow of small to medium website design projects and need reliable designers we can turn to as these opportunities arise. This is not a retainer position—you'll be brought in for individual projects as they come up, with per-project pricing.

What You'll Do

Design complete websites from concept to final mockups for our clients
Create modern, visually compelling designs that align with each client's brand and industry
Develop responsive layouts for desktop and mobile devices
Provide clean, organized design files ready for developer handoff
Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed throughout the design process
What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio showcasing website designs (portfolio is required to be considered)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and visual design fundamentals
Ability to create developer-friendly designs
Strong communication skills and responsiveness
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have

Basic understanding of web development (HTML/CSS) to ensure designs are technically feasible
Experience designing for diverse industries and business types
Fast turnaround capability
