Google Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize campaigns for 716 Corporate Housing, a fast-growing Airbnb and corporate housing business based in Buffalo, NY.

Your main focus will be running and improving Google Ads campaigns that drive leads and bookings for our furnished rentals.
If you have experience in digital marketing and love optimizing campaigns for performance — this is the role for you.

Primary Responsibilities
* Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for corporate housing listings.
* Research keywords, create ad copy, and track conversions.
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
* Suggest improvements for landing pages and ad creatives.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads and SEO optimization
* Ability to create, analyze, and improve campaigns independently

* Reliable, proactive, and data-driven

Position Details
* Hours: 10–20+ hours per week (guaranteed)
* Pay: $4 USD per hour
* Flexible schedule — results matter more than clocking in
* Part-Time or gig work
