GHL Marketing Specialist (Home Improvement Industry) – Full-Time | $4–$8/hr | Work From Home

We are hiring an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Marketing Specialist to join our growing home improvement and roofing company.

This is a full-time position working 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

About the Role:
Your primary focus will be managing text and email marketing campaigns in GoHighLevel to generate booked appointments for our sales representatives (next-day or two-day-out appointments).
You must be a self-thinker who can contribute new ideas, build effective campaigns, and take initiative to bring in consistent leads.

Key Responsibilities:
-Run and manage daily text and email campaigns inside GHL

-Contact and follow up with a high volume of leads to schedule sales appointments

-Use our Instant Quote Tool to engage prospects and increase response rates

-Send out financing offers and assist homeowners through the approval process if needed

-Develop and test creative strategies for improving appointment booking results

-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance

Requirements:
-Minimum 2–3 years of proven GoHighLevel experience (required)

-Must have experience in lead generation and automation

-Familiarity with the home improvement or roofing industry is preferred

-Strong written English communication skills

-Self-motivated, organized, and professional

-Must be comfortable working under daily performance monitoring


Compensation:
$4 – $8 per hour, based on experience and skill level
