Position: Targeted Recruiter

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated recruiter who enjoys researching, sourcing, and engaging with professional candidates. You will support our executive search projects and help build relationships with top-tier candidates across various industries in Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates using online platforms, databases, and social media

Build targeted candidate hotlists for ongoing job searches

Reach out to and connect with candidates via email, LinkedIn, or phone

Pre-screen candidates and qualify them based on client requirements

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and recruitment systems

Coordinate with senior recruiters and account managers on candidate progress

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in agency or executive search

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools

Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple searches at once

Fast and stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and professional conduct

Preferred but Not Required

Experience recruiting for North American clients

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems

Previous remote work experience
