GDN/YouTube Specialist

About Us:
We’re Medfluence Advisors, a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in helping ENT and allergy clinics grow through strategic online marketing. Our team focuses on data-driven campaigns, creative storytelling, and meaningful results — all powered by a collaborative and supportive remote culture.

We’re now looking for a GDN/YouTube Specialist to join our growing media team. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our clients’ display and YouTube campaigns, ensuring strong performance across all stages of the funnel.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, launch, and optimize Google Display and YouTube ad campaigns from start to finish
– Conduct audience targeting, creative uploads, and conversion tracking setup
– Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through Looker Studio or Google Data Studio reports
– Collaborate with internal teams on creative assets, testing strategies, and tracking improvements
– Stay updated on Google Ads trends and best practices

Required Experience:
– Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads (Display + YouTube) campaigns
– Ability to build campaigns from scratch (audience selection, conversion setup, etc.)
– Strong understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking
– Excellent analytical and reporting skills
– Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies
– Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have:
– Familiarity with healthcare or local service-based campaigns
– Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and remarketing funnels
– Google Ads certification (Display and/or Video)
