JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based real estate team seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to call leads, expired listings, schedule appointments, manage LinkedIn outreach, and provide daily reports of activity. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English with a neutral accent, experience with US clients, and is comfortable using CRMs and LinkedIn to generate leads.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new leads from campaigns.
- Follow up with expired listings and past clients.
- Schedule property showings and consultations in Google Calendar and CRM (Follow Up Boss / KVCore).
- Manage LinkedIn outreach: send connection requests, follow-up messages, and track leads.
- Send follow-up emails or SMS to leads.
- Record **call observations** and updates in CRM after each call.
- Provide **daily reports of calls, appointments scheduled, and lead status**.
- Attend brief weekly check-in meetings (US Eastern Time).

Requirements:
- Fluent English, clear pronunciation (voice sample required).
- 2+ years experience with US clients; real estate experience preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, LinkedIn lead generation, and CRM management.
- Ability to **deliver daily reports and call observations**.
- **Willing to sign a Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** to protect client data.
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
