Role: Social Media Reels VA, Video Ops Assistant
Mission: Help Visionary X amplify movement-based impact for powerful women leaders. We teach embodiment, identity, and business strategy so our clients build world-shifting movements. Your work helps our message travel with clarity and power.

Type: Part-time to start, 5-15 hours per week, growth to full-time
Rate: Training $5–6.00 USD per hour for 2 weeks, then $7.00–8.00 USD per hour upon hitting KPIs
Bonuses: $10 USD per 30-reel batch delivered on time with zero caption errors
Perks: Pro-rated 13th-month after 6 months
Timezone: At least 1–2 hours overlap with 9 am to 1 pm PST

What you will own
1. From one master recording, deliver 30 IG Reels at 1080×1920 with burned-in captions and clean heads and tails.
2. Music choice per clip that supports voice and tone. No clashes, no vocals fighting speech.
3. Scheduling in the IG app or Meta Business Suite, with cover, caption, hashtags, and time.
4. Flawless file hygiene in Drive and a simple tracker that stays current.

Daily work
• Import the master into Descript. If the file is too large for upload, pre-split into 2–3 chunks with LosslessCut.
• Sync the external mic WAV to the video, mute camera audio.
• Set canvas 1080×1920. Add captions once, apply to the whole composition.
• Split by markers only. There are 30 short videos already scripted. Drop markers at each start, name 01 to 30.
• Batch export by markers.
• Upload to Drive, update the tracker, then schedule.

What success looks like
• Speed: 60 to 90 minutes of active time per 30-reel batch after week 2.
• Accuracy: 0 to 1 caption errors per batch.
• Taste: Music feels modern, confident, supportive, never competes with speech.
• Order: Clean folders and naming, nothing lost, deadlines met.

Nice to have: LosslessCut, CapCut desktop, Canva

KPIs and guardrails
• Target time per 30-reel batch: 60 to 90 minutes after week 2
• Accuracy: 0 to 1 caption errors per batch
• Time tracking in Clockify. Ask for approval if a batch will exceed 90 minutes.

Compensation and growth
• Training rate for 2 weeks, then raise upon hitting KPIs
• 10 USD bonus per perfect batch delivered on time
• Pro-rated 13th-month after 6 months
• Clear path to Lead, Content Operations as we scale
