Construction Company Job Estimator Planswift Experience

A U.S.-based construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview

The Estimator will review architectural plans, quantify material requirements, and prepare requests for quotes from suppliers. This position is 100% remote and requires strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret architectural drawings and project plans
Use PlanSwift (or similar estimating software) to perform detailed take-offs
Determine required materials and quantities for construction projects
Prepare and submit RFQs to approved vendors and suppliers
Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain organized project records and timelines

Requirements

Prior experience as a construction estimator
Ability to read and work with architectural/engineering plans
Proficiency using PlanSwift (or equivalent software)
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Experience working theg raveyard shift
Reliable power and high-speed internet
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
