About the Company:
We are a growing business in the custom branding and promotional products industry, providing high-quality uniforms, apparel, and branded merchandise for companies that value professional presentation and strong brand identity.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced LinkedIn Specialist who can identify, connect, and build relationships with other businesses that could benefit from our products and services. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate LinkedIn strategically, reach decision-makers, and create meaningful B2B opportunities — not just random connections.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting relevant businesses

-Identify and engage with HR managers, business owners, and corporate buyers

-Optimize LinkedIn company and personal profiles for credibility and visibility

-Create and manage professional messaging sequences that convert

-Track and report outreach performance to refine strategy

Optional (Nice to Have):

-Experience managing social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

-Ability to create engaging social posts to complement LinkedIn efforts

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach or lead generation

-Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools

-Experience in promotional products, branding, or apparel industries is a plus
