Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping for multiple companies using Puzzle and QuickBooks.
Build and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Provide CFO-level insights: explain variances, identify risks, and highlight growth opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business owners.
Develop and improve financial tracking systems and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate numbers with context.
Experience with Puzzle and QuickBooks (or similar platforms).
High attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple clients at once.

Compensation

Pay per company you oversee (income scales as we grow).
13th month pay, based on your yearly average.
