GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to help us set up and maintain our systems for lead nurturing, client success, and account registration.

You should already be comfortable inside GHL, understand compliance and A2P 10DLC processes, and know how to build seamless automation workflows that actually work.

The goal is simple: set up everything correctly and keep it running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Manage A2P 10DLC registration, brand and campaign setup, and ensure approval
Configure and optimize automations, triggers, and workflows for SMS, email, and pipelines
Set up lead nurturing and client success workflows
Oversee registration and account setup for new clients
Troubleshoot and resolve GHL technical issues
Maintain compliance and deliverability across all messaging channels
Recommend and implement best practices for marketing/sales automation

Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (not just theory)
Deep understanding of workflows, triggers, campaigns, and CRM setup
Direct experience with A2P 10DLC registration (brand, campaign, and number registration)
Knowledge of SMS compliance and Twilio or similar integrations
Ability to diagnose and resolve system or automation issues quickly
Excellent communication and reliability

Preferred Qualifications
GHL-certified or able to show completion of official GHL training
Experience working with agencies or multi-client setups inside GHL
Understanding of lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and pipeline automation
Strong attention to detail and ability to document workflows
