???? Virtual Position: Construction Engineer (Estimator & Takeoff Specialist)

We’re looking for a Construction Engineer with proven experience in estimates and takeoffs for residential, commercial, and roofing projects. If you’re skilled with BuilderTrend and Roofr, and you’re ready to join a fast-paced, growing construction company - we want to meet you.

???? Responsibilities

-Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, takeoffs, and material lists for residential, commercial, and roofing projects
-Use BuilderTrend and Roofr to manage bids, project data, and client reports
-Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure complete scope coverage
-Coordinate with project managers and vendors to validate pricing and timelines
-Support the team with cost analysis and value engineering recommendations

???? Qualifications

-Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
-Proficiency with BuilderTrend and Roofr (required)
-Strong understanding of construction methods, roofing systems, and materials
-Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
-Portfolio or sample estimates/takeoffs required

???? Compensation & Benefits

-Starting Pay: $900+ USD/month (depending on experience and portfolio)
-13th Month Pay (pro-rated for first year)
-Full-Time Position
-Flexible Schedule — some overlapping hours with CST required, but full workday may align with Philippine time
