Customer Service Representative - Lead Prospecting & Calling (Inbound/Outbound Calls)
Remote | 4 Days per Week

We’re looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses heavily on lead prospecting, cold and warm calling, and maintaining professional communication with potential clients. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls—assisting customers with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Write "Sales Representative Expert" in your application title to be considered.

Schedule: 4 days per week
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify new leads
Follow up with warm leads and potential customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
Record call details, track leads, and maintain organized communication logs
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients
Resolve basic customer concerns or direct them to the proper department
Maintain a positive, goal-oriented, and professional customer experience at all times

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation (inbound or outbound)
Proven experience in lead prospecting or outbound calling
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection
Strong work ethic, punctual, and organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
