Role Overview
The HR Generalist manages day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You’ll work closely with Operations and Team Leads to ensure HR processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with MDR’s culture. We have No Gossip Policy and Anti Discrimination Policies which applies to everyone including HR Generalist.



Responsibilities
Support employee engagement and retention programs.
Create and maintain HR policies and documentation, SOPs, etc.
Conduct offboarding and exit interviews with empathy and insight.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
Coordinate payroll submissions.
Assist in setting up and tracking performance reviews.

Results Expected
Employee engagement scores and retention rates improve quarter over quarter.
The recruitment process runs smoothly with 90% of roles filled within target time.
Employee data and contracts are accurate and updated.
Smooth onboarding process that helps new hires feel supported.


Requirements
2+ years of HR Generalist experience (agency or remote setup preferred).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and people-first mindset.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.(preferred)
Strong HR systems and process improvement mindset.
