Customer Service Representative (Inbound/Outbound Calls)
Remote | 4 Days per Week
We’re looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls—assisting customers with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Write "Customer Support Expert" in your application title to be considered

Details:

Schedule: 4 days per week
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and potential customers
Provide accurate information about products or services
Record call details and maintain organized communication logs
Resolve basic customer concerns or direct them to the proper department
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience at all times

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (inbound or outbound)
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection
Strong work ethic, punctual, and organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
