We are marketing agency and we are looking for Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to contact leads(people) via telephone, sms and e-mail. We work on behalf of our clients to call/text their patients and book appointments. This means that you will be calling leads every day on behalf of different companies and helping to book an appointment with people

Responsibilities:
- Calling our clients' leads to maximize the appointments booked.
- Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying)
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our clients.
- Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process.

Requirements:
- Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written) VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
- Have a cheerful personality and be a people person. Not a robot with 0 emotions)
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions
- Stable internet connection
- Stable electricity
- A good quality headset
- Two screens are a must!!!
- Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
- Be able to do any of the following shifts: 9am-6pm Eastern Time. All schedules are in Eastern Time. Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot permanently. You will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week.

Pay:
The base pay is around ---------- $/month in the FISRT month.
If you are good, from the second month you could earn ---------- $ per months.
There are opportunities for bonuses as well(with potential to earn up to 1000$ per month) but please only apply if you are happy with base monthly rate.
