Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Full-Time SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze website performance, optimize content, and leverage AI-driven tools for content creation and optimization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and has hands-on experience with SEO, analytics tools, CMS platforms, and conversion tracking. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement modern SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including content, meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and AI-driven insights.
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance SEO strategies and content optimization.
- Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and AI-driven SEO tools.
- Implement conversion tracking for SEO, PPC, social media, and TV advertising using Google Tag Manager.
- Work with WordPress CMS and have familiarity with HubSpot CMS and other HubSpot software features.
- Use SEO and analytics tools such as SE Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Agency Analytics for reporting and optimization.
- Create high-quality content leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the SEO industry.
- Prior experience working with multiple teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytics, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
- Ready to work in the USA time zones
