We’re looking for an experienced Sales Specialist who combines persuasive communication with data-driven strategy to connect with clients and close meaningful deals. What You’ll Do:
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing new clients.
* Conduct virtual demos and consultations with leads across North America.
* Build long-term client relationships focused on satisfaction and retention.
* Use CRM systems and AI-powered tools to track leads, optimize pipelines, and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging and ensure seamless onboarding.?

What You Bring:
* 5+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services.
* Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue, conversion, or client acquisition goals.
* Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent and excellent presentation skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). AI sales tools is a plus.
* Ability to work remotely with teams across time zones, primarily EST (Canada).
