Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who can lead animation direction, elevate visual design, and bring concepts to life through thoughtful motion. You should have a deep understanding of brand systems, storytelling through animation, and what makes content feel “premium.”

You’ll collaborate directly with our creative lead and founder — translating scripts, briefs, and strategy into beautiful, emotionally resonant video content.


This is not a simple editing role. You’ll be expected to:

-Contribute to creative direction and visual storytelling.

-Design and animate within brand guidelines.

-Develop style frames, layouts, and kinetic typography.

-Understand pacing, timing, and sound integration.

-Handle complex motion and compositing work with polish.


Ideal Candidate

-4+ years experience in motion design, animation, or post-production.

-Strong in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (required).

-Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Generative AI tools (bonus).

-Advanced sense of composition, typography, and visual rhythm.

-Ability to take a creative brief and execute independently.

-Fluent in English — written and verbal communication is essential.

-Organized and proactive. You communicate early and often, not last-minute.
