We’re a small but mighty content agency that helps founders and brands turn their podcasts into scroll-stopping videos. Like punchy social clips, snappy highlight reels and intros that hook viewers in.

We have a friendly and good natured team that believes in doing great work, learning fast, and having fun along the way. We do quick weekly team calls to share wins, ideas, and the occasional bad joke.

The Role

We’re looking for an Awesome Sauce Video Editor to join our team on a part-time / freelance basis. You’ll help us edit podcast episodes, interviews, and short social clips that make our clients shine online.

What You’ll Do
• Edit podcasts and interviews into polished short-form videos
• Create sizzle reels and intro hook video content
• Add captions, transitions, and simple motion where it fits
• Create vertical and horizontal versions for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social
• Communicate clearly with our team and meet deadlines
• Bring your creative ideas to the table - we love initiative!

What You’ll Need
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve (Descript & Riverside = bonus points)
• Strong sense of storytelling and pacing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Positive attitude and clear communication
• Stable internet and solid editing setup

Pay & Setup
• Paid per project delivered (rate depends on project scope and quality), with a view towards a retainer basis
• Flexible, remote, and part-time

What the process is:
STAGE 1: We filter down the list of candidates based on profile, portfolio, applicable experience and vet your skillset.
STAGE 2: The remaining candidates complete a PAID test project.
STAGE 3: Video interview.
