Position Summary
The Remote Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder/CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations, organized communication, and timely execution of projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and mission-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, and virtual meetings.
Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence
Coordinate grant deadlines, reports, community partnerships, and outreach follow-ups.
Maintain digital filing systems, track project progress, and manage shared documents.
Make calls/complete applications to corporations for in-kind and monetary donations
Make marketing material for social media and upcoming programs and events
Assist with donor communication, event coordination, and data entry (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM tools).
Conduct research and compile information for grant applications, reports, or partnerships.
Support communication outreach when needed.
