About the Role:
As a Pixel Artist on our remote Sock Design team, you’ll support our in-house designers by transforming complex vector images into pixel art (bitmapping) for custom sock designs. Much of this work involves script or ornamental text and other detailed artwork.
Once you’ve mastered bitmapping, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into more advanced creative projects, such as designing complete sock collections using our proprietary design software.
What You’ll Do:
Convert vector logos and artwork into pixel art/bitmaps for sock designs
Work closely with our internal design team to ensure high-quality, production-ready assets
Communicate clearly and promptly with tea ---------- mbers to meet daily deadlines
(Future) Contribute to full sock design projects using our in-house design tools
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
1–2 years of graphic design experience, with proven pixel art skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks
Clear and effective written and spoken English communication
Willingness to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours during training (may transition to PHT after)
Additional Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $700–$1100 USD/month (based on experience)
Trial task and English language comprehension assessment required
