We’re two founders working with a third partner—one of the world’s most acknowledged e-commerce operators behind multiple brands you might know. We’re hiring a Expert in AI-UGC video generation to create ultra-realistic, high-performing paid social video ads with AI.

Apply only if: you have 3+ years in DTC/e-commerce marketing, a portfolio of ultra-realistic AI-UGC content, and you are expert-level in AI-UGC video video generation.

The role:
- Generate AI-UGC videos that looks 100% real and authentic.
- Create briefs into high-performing paid social ads.
- Collaborate with creative team and founders/partners.
- Fully remote; results-driven with clear weekly output targets.

Must-have requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on in DTC e-commerce paid social content.
- Portfolio of paid ads for DTC brands.
- Expert proficiency in AI-UGC video generation.
- Fluent English (spoken & written).

Compensation:
$2,000–$3,000/month (depends on proficiency) for 40 hrs/week, plus performance-based bonuses.
