We’re a performance marketing agency dedicated to scaling eCommerce and digital brands through paid social strategies that drive measurable growth. Our team thrives on creativity, data, and continuous optimization — helping brands win on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

We’re seeking an Expert Meta Ads Specialist to join our roster of paid media professionals. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, strategic, and passionate about building campaigns that generate serious ROI.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including testing structures, creative iterations, and audience strategies.
- Execute full-funnel paid social strategies — from awareness to conversion.
- Conduct deep audience research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- -Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV, using data-driven insights to improve performance.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brief, test, and evaluate ad creatives.

Analyze results and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Stay current with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads accounts (agency or freelance experience preferred).
- Proven record of scaling eCommerce or DTC brands profitably.
- Deep understanding of campaign structures, creative testing, pixel setup, and event tracking.
- Experience using Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools.
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear action plans.
-Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
