JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and follow-up activity for a real estate business. This person will be responsible for managing CRM data, nurturing leads through email and text outreach, and ensuring consistent communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads through online platforms, cold/warm outreach, and follow-up messaging

Manage, update, and organize leads in Loft(y) CRM

Send follow-up emails, text messages, and scripts to prospects

Schedule appointments and follow-up calls on behalf of the real estate agent

Track communication, responses, and lead progress inside CRM

Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients

Prepare simple reports on lead activity and pipeline progress

Assist with email inbox management and basic administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent and professional English communication (written and spoken)

Experience using Loft(y) CRM or a similar real estate CRM is strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable making calls, sending texts, and emailing prospects

Ability to follow scripts and messaging instructions

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment during work hours

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Real estate industry experience (agent support, TC, ISA, or lead gen roles)

Familiarity with real estate terminology and home buying/selling process

Compensation based on experience (hourly or monthly retainer + performance bonuses)
