We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and follow-up activity for a real estate business. This person will be responsible for managing CRM data, nurturing leads through
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture leads through online platforms, cold/warm outreach, and follow-up messaging
Manage, update, and organize leads in Loft(y) CRM
Send follow-up
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls on behalf of the real estate agent
Track communication, responses, and lead progress inside CRM
Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
Prepare simple reports on lead activity and pipeline progress
Assist with
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent and professional English communication (written and spoken)
Experience using Loft(y) CRM or a similar real estate CRM is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable making calls, sending texts, and
Ability to follow scripts and messaging instructions
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment during work hours
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Real estate industry experience (agent support, TC, ISA, or lead gen roles)
Familiarity with real estate terminology and home buying/selling process
