JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!
We’re a U.S.-based real estate investing and financial education brand looking for a talented eBook Designer to help us bring our next downloadable investor guide to life.

Our first project together will be “Compound Your Confidence: The Magic of Reinvestment in Real Estate.”
We’ll provide all written content, charts, and brand assets — we need your design eye, layout expertise, and attention to detail.

This is a part-time, project-based role with the opportunity to grow into an ongoing monthly position. We publish one investor-education eBook per month, with a goal of producing 12 over the next 12 months.

If you’re reliable, creative, and love making complex topics look beautiful and easy to understand, this role is for you.

Compensation:
We value reliability and clear communication more than the number of years of experience. If you deliver consistent, high-quality design work on time, there’s room for monthly raises and ongoing creative projects.

$200 USD per eBook
(Each project includes the designed PDF + PUB file + editable source file)
Long-term monthly work available after the first successful project.

Hours / Schedule:
*Flexible schedule — work your own hours as long as deadlines are met
*Average turnaround per eBook: 7–10 business days

Your Responsibilities:
*Design a clean, modern, investor-friendly layout in PDF format
*Follow Hands-Off Investing (HOI) brand colors, fonts, and tone (refer to colors on our website, ---------- )
*Use clear visual hierarchy, readable type, and well-spaced layouts
*Add clickable links to:
-Table of Contents
-Social media accounts
-Booking page for investor calls
-Downloadable planner and cited sources
*Include company logo on cover, back cover, and About Us page
*Ensure the eBook looks great on desktop and mobile
*Deliver:
1. Final PDF (ready for publication)
2. Editable source file (Canva or InDesign)

What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience designing eBooks, reports, or guides
*Strong sense of layout, spacing, and clean typography
*Familiar with adding clickable links in PDFs
*Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication and reliability

Task 2: Attention-to-Detail Quiz

3. How do you maintain brand consistency across multiple eBooks?

Task 3: Portfolio & Confirmation
Include:
*Links or files showing 3 eBooks, reports, or guides you’ve designed
*A short confirmation: “I can create clickable links in PDFs.”
*Your preferred design tool (Canva or InDesign)
*Your typical turnaround time for a 20–40 page eBook

Task 4: Required 60-Second Video
Record a maximum 60-second Loom or YouTube video introducing yourself.
