Position Overview:
As the Recruiting Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, from live job ad performance to the final selection of candidates. You will work closely with various teams, including ad creators, ad posters, and resume reviewers, ensuring that all steps of our process is optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Live Job Ads: Regularly track and analyze the performance of live job advertisements across all platforms. Identify underperforming ads and recommend/implement improvements to boost visibility and engagement.
• Approve Ad Copy: Review and approve new job ad copy to ensure it aligns with company standards, is engaging, and effectively attracts top-tier candidates.
• Manage Job Ad Kill Lists: Oversee and approve job ad kill lists, ensuring that ads that are no longer relevant or effective are appropriately removed from all platforms.
• Team Leadership: Direct and collaborate with various tea
• Hiring Process Quality Control: Ensure that all steps of the qualification process are being followed correctly, with a strong focus on identifying and selecting only top-tier candidates.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for ad optimization and recruitment process improvements, with the aim of maximizing candidate quality and recruitment efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Must have experience working with U.S. Based companies.
• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of job advertising platforms, recruitment marketing, and job ad performance metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
• Experience managing teams and directing cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software tools is a plus.
