GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

Are you a GoHighLevel expert who loves organizing systems, fixing issues fast, and helping a business run smoothly?

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that works with authors, creatives, and entrepreneurs, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can jump in and help us clean up and optimize our GoHighLevel (GHL) account.

This is a part-time role (5–10 hours/week to start) with room to grow into a longer-term, higher-hour role for the right person.


What You’ll Do:
• Make quick changes and updates in GoHighLevel (GHL) as needed
• Troubleshoot and fix system issues (e.g. automations, forms, tags, pipelines, email flows)
• Clean up and organize our existing GHL setup (tag structure, automations, workflows, campaigns, etc.)
• Set up new forms, pages, automations, and calendars based on our team’s instructions
• Collaborate via Slack, Loom, and Asana for task updates and communication

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working inside GoHighLevel (you know your way around the backend)
• Able to confidently update automations, fix issues, and optimize systems
• Detail-oriented and organized—you don’t leave loose ends
• Clear communicator and responsive (we don’t need you to be available 24/7, but we do need you to meet deadlines and communicate progress)
• Comfortable with tools like Slack, Loom, Asana, Google Drive


Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and funnels
• Understanding of tags, pipelines, and automation logic
• Familiarity with Zapier or integrations
• Bonus If you know Kit (formerly ConvertKit)

Details:
• Hours: 5–10 hours/week to start
Flexible schedule (we work on US EST / PST hours, but you can work when it works for you as long as deadlines are met)
•Rate: $8.65/hour ($375/month if working 10 hours per week!)
• 100% Remote
• Potential to increase hours as we grow
