We’re now looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing team.
Knowledge of Formula 1 or motorsport is not required, but it’s definitely a plus. What matters most is that you’re extremely organized, meticulous, and growth-driven.
We don’t want someone who gets comfortable; we want someone who’s ready to help us grow faster, streamline operations, and ensure that every moving part in our production process runs smoothly.

About the Role:
As our Channel Manager, you’ll be the coordinator and operational backbone of DailyFuelUp. You’ll manage communication across our team of editors, writers, designers, and management, making sure everyone has what they need to deliver on time and at the highest level.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being organized to a near-obsessive level. If you love systems, deadlines, and seeing projects flow perfectly from start to finish, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing communication between tea ---------- mbers and management
- Delivering assets and ensuring all necessary materials reach the right people on time
- Setting deadlines and ensuring they are consistently met
- Planning and maintaining the monthly upload schedule
- Managing email communication with partners and sponsors
- Conducting sponsorship outreach and follow-ups
- Overseeing the upload procedure for upcoming videos
- Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new tea ---------- mbers
- Keeping track of ongoing projects and maintaining organized documentation
- Coordinating feedback loops and ensuring quality standards are upheld
- Monitoring team productivity and workflow efficiency


What We’re Looking For
- A maniac for organization – someone who loves structure, checklists, and clear processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent time management and reliability under pressure
- Experience managing remote teams is a plus
- Prior experience in YouTube operations, project management, or creative coordination is ideal
- A proactive mindset; you don’t wait for instructions, you see what needs to be done and make it happen
