EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT // INSTAGRAM APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are hiring a proactive, fast-thinking appointment setter to turn new Instagram followers into booked calls with our founder. If you understand social media culture, move with speed, and know how to turn conversations into conversions, this is for you.

THE ROLE
You will be the first point of contact for new followers. Your job is simple: qualify, build rapport, and convert them into booked calls. You will:

• Message new followers daily and convert them into booked calls
• Speak in the founder’s voice and maintain a high-authority brand presence
• Keep prospects engaged and prepped before the call
• Reply to inbound DMs and comments
• Upload content to Instagram
• Track daily numbers and performance in our internal tracker

Full training, scripts, and support are provided. Experience is preferred.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
• You will never run out of leads. We run paid ads to the account, so you will always have fresh conversations and volume to work with.
• No calling or video needed. Messaging only.
• Your earning potential is directly tied to your speed, hunger, and performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT
This is not a “reply when convenient” role. You must be active every day, Monday to Sunday. In DMs, speed matters. If you are slow, you lose the lead.

We want someone who:
• Takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do
• Moves fast and thinks creatively to convert conversations
• Is social-media and culture savvy
• Wants to make real money and treats this like a performance role, not a hobby

PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
• Earning potential: $2,000–$3,000/month
• Base salary: starts at $1,000/month (depends on experience)
• Commission paid per qualified booked call you secure
• Included paid training for ongoing skill development
