About the Role
We’re looking for a LASIK Sales Representative to call potential patients, follow up on leads, and schedule consultations for our LASIK clinic.
You’ll work with an existing database of leads and help increase patient conversions through consistent follow-ups and patient education.

Responsibilities
Call and follow up with potential LASIK patients (leads provided).
Educate and engage patients about LASIK benefits and procedures.
Qualify interested patients and set consultation appointments.
Maintain accurate records using NextGen EMR.
Assist in lead generation when needed.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical or LASIK sales (required).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Organized, proactive, and patient-focused.
Familiarity with NextGen EMR or similar systems preferred.

Compensation
Competitive base pay (depending on experience) + performance incentives.
