Customer Service Agent (Part-Time, Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Communication
- Reply to customer inquiries via
- Provide clear, polite, and solution-focused answers
- Manage refund, return, and replacement requests
Order & Delivery Support
- Check orders, tracking numbers, and shipping status
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues
- Identify recurring problems and report them to the team
Brand Reputation
- Maintain a calm, friendly tone at all times
- Follow templates, but think independently when needed
Organization & Reporting
- Keep all tickets organized and updated
- Provide short daily reports on important customer issues

- All customer messages answered within 8–12 hours
- Customer satisfaction rate of 90%+
- Reduced refunds thanks to proactive communication

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality
- Experience with e-commerce customer support
- Familiarity with Gmail and whatsapp
- Fast and reliable computer
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Organized, detail-oriented, and independent
- Available 10-14 hours per week depending on mails (part time role)
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience with Zendesk/ Tidio
- Dropshipping or international e-commerce background
- Basic troubleshooting inside Shopify
- Understanding of fraud checks or chargebacks
