Travel and Reservation Agent (Amadeus)

Global Travel Consultant
(Philippines-based, Remote)

Airfarely Limited, a New Zealand–based travel company, is seeking an experienced and motivated
Travel Consultant to join our international team. This position is Philippines-based (remote) and
requires working hours from to 9.30am to 5.30pm NZ time to support our New Zealand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional assistance to clients with flight bookings, itineraries, and travel-related
inquiries.
• Answer enquiries, manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with the New Zealand team to ensure seamless coordination of travel
arrangements.
• Report to New Zealand based management on daily reservation data.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Amadeus ticketing certification and/or recognised outbound travel qualification
(advantageous).
• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
