Professional Web Designer Figma | Modern Focused Designs

Are you a creative web designer with a sharp eye for modern and luxury optimized websites? Can you quickly produce high-quality website designs in Figma, ready for our developers to build? Then we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and efficient web designer who can deliver modern, buildable designs that align with client needs. You will work closely with our team of WordPress developers, who will turn your designs into live websites (primarily using Elementor).

Note: You don't need to know how to use Elementor, but understanding how to design with Elementor’s structure is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, responsive websites in Figma
- Deliver clean, well-structured files that are easy for developers to implement
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical requirements and client goals
- Apply UX/UI and conversion principles to every design
- Provide creative input and continuously improve design workflows

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a web designer, with solid Figma skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, professional website designs
- Understanding of what makes a design buildable in Elementor (Elementor knowledge is a plus)
- Able to work quickly, independently, and in an organized way
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion-oriented design
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Able to design a modern homepage within 1 working day
