E-Commerce Bookkeeper (Shopify / Mercury / Stripe, Revolut) – U.S. LLC Based, Long-Term

We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce bookkeeper to handle bookkeeping for a U.S.-registered LLC that sells physical products online (Shopify store).

You’ll start by cleaning up and completing 2024 bookkeeping, then continue with ongoing 2025 monthly bookkeeping.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Reconstructing 2024 books from Shopify, Stripe, Mercury statements

- Categorizing all income and expenses accurately (ads, suppliers, software, shipping, etc.)

- Separating personal vs business transactions

- Preparing a clean Profit & Loss statement for 2024 and monthly reports for 2025

- Keeping clear documentation and summaries for international filing

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Shopify, Stripe, Mercury Bank, Revolut

- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

- Excellent English communication and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Bonus: experience with digital ad platforms (Meta/TikTok ads)

Workload & Pay:

- $7/hour (monthly depends on workload)

- The first 1–2 months will include extra work to backtrack and clean up 2024 data, so total hours (and pay) will be higher during this period.

- After cleanup, ongoing monthly bookkeeping will require fewer hours each month (mainly maintaining current records).

- Long-term, stable position for the right candidate.
