AI Automation Specialist

This is a remote position with flexible working hours and a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

Design cross-platform automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM).

Write and maintain JavaScript expressions (IIFE pattern) and perform JSON transformations in workflows.

Integrate third-party APIs (authentication, request/response handling, error management).

Analyze internal process bottlenecks and deploy workflow-based automation solutions.

Collaborate with non-technical teams to train and educate on using automation tools.

Work with HR, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to implement end-to-end automation pipelines.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, ---------- , or similar).

Proficient in JavaScript basics – able to write functions and expressions using IIFE for logic/data processing.

Solid understanding of Webhook / REST API integrations and how to consume external services.

Strong skills in working with JSON structure, data mapping, and transformation.

Logical thinker with experience in workflow design and debugging automation issues independently.

Able to read and understand English API documentation.

Experience integrating tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets is a big plus.

Nice to Have:
Experience using Regex, Python, or working with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
Experience documenting workflow logic and automation processes.
Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Trello).
Previous experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 1800 USD + Bonus
