JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Media Buyer (Remote - Philippines)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Media Buyer to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for multiple service-based businesses (home improvement, painting, roofing, cleaning, etc.). Your role is to drive measurable results while keeping campaigns organized, efficient, and performance-focused.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with the agency and take full ownership of campaign performance across different client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Monitor performance daily — identify winning creatives, audiences, and offers.

Optimize campaigns for lower CPL, higher ROAS, and consistent lead flow.

A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, conversion APIs, UTMs, etc.).

Creative Development

Collaborate with our internal team to develop high-performing ad creatives (static, video, and carousel).

Provide input and ideas for creative angles, offers, and hooks.

Write or refine ad copy where needed.

Reporting & Analysis

Track, analyze, and report on daily and weekly performance.

Send performance updates each morning (campaign spend, leads, CPL, etc.).

Highlight problems early and recommend fixes — don’t just report data, interpret it.

Optimization & Scaling

Continuously test audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.

Identify when and how to scale campaigns profitably.

Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend to best-performing campaigns.

Team Communication

Check in daily via Slack/WhatsApp.

Attend short weekly performance review calls.

Communicate clearly, be proactive, and take initiative without waiting for instructions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience running Meta Ads (Google Ads a bonus).

Strong understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CPM, etc.).

Experience running campaigns for local service businesses is preferred.

Confident in analyzing data and making decisions based on performance.

Good English communication (written and spoken).

Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Western business hours (EST or GMT).

Must be available full-time (no other jobs or freelance work).

Tools We Use:

Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads

Slack / WhatsApp

Google Sheets / Notion

Canva (for simple ad creative work)

GoHighLevel (CRM + funnel tracking)

What We Offer:

Full-time, long-term position (40 hrs/week)

Stable monthly pay, negotiable based on experience

Performance bonuses for meeting lead & CPL targets

Supportive, fast-moving team environment

Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility
