Remote | Full-time | $1000/month + uncapped commission | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK time
TL;DR
We’re hiring a hungry, reliable, and organised Sales Development Rep (SDR) to own our post-booking guest pipeline.
Your core mission: drive more direct bookings by turning past guests into repeat bookers, helping current guests extend their stays, and converting inbound leads from Airbnb,
You’ll be the engine behind our retention and conversion process — and we’ll support you with everything you need. But we expect you to run with it.
What You’ll Actually Own
• Call and follow up with past guests, current guests, and future leads
• Convert OTA stays into direct rebookings and extended stays
• Surface any feedback (guest issues, maintenance problems, communication gaps) to Ops via Notion or Slack
• Keep detailed logs of all calls, conversions, and follow-ups using Notion and Google Sheets
• Maintain a highly organised outreach tracker — your own activity is your responsibility
• Help build or update scripts and follow-up templates when needed
• Suggest improvements to outreach strategy and report on common objections
• Own your commission — track and prove your results

• You’re organised and take pride in tracking your work
• You don’t push things off just because they’re outside your “role”
• You take initiative — if you don’t know how to do something, you Google it or ask
• You love structure: your Notion, spreadsheets, and outreach tracker are on point
• You care about the business and know your role has impact
• You don’t need micromanaging. You want ownership with accountability
Bonus Points If You…
• Have worked in guest communication, short-term rentals, serviced accommodation, or similar
• Have done outbound phone sales, lead generation, or warm follow-ups
• Can write a simple follow-up message, sales script, or upsell
• Know your way around Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or a CRM
• Have thoughts on how to improve our current rebooking process (include them)
The Offer
• $900/month base pay
• Commission: Paid on each direct booking secured (structure shared at interview)
