Job Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into storytelling and data into direction.
In this role, you’ll lead the emotional and conceptual side of our campaigns — developing creative angles, briefs, and strategies that guide the entire creative team (video editors, designers, funnel builders, and media buyers).
You’ll connect customer psychology with performance data to build ad concepts, campaign strategies, and creative systems that scale efficiently while staying emotionally authentic.

Responsibilities
• Develop emotional and data-driven creative concepts for new campaigns.
• Create clear creative briefs for video editors, designers, and funnel builders.
• Lead testing strategy: identify winning angles, hooks, and emotional drivers.
• Translate insights from ad data (CTR, ROAS, CPC) into creative direction.
• Build and refine naming conventions and creative documentation for testing cycles.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer on creative optimization and scaling.
• Ensure all campaigns align with the Cozy Memories™ tone — warm, human, and heartfelt.
• Manage creative production timelines and ensure consistency across deliverables.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Creative Lead, or similar role in DTC/e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of emotional storytelling and consumer psychology.
• Experience developing creative testing frameworks and reporting on insights.
• Strong collaboration skills — you’ll work directly with design, video, and media teams.
• Excellent copywriting and conceptual communication skills.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and performance metrics.
• Organized thinker — able to balance creativity and structure in a fast-moving environment.

• Copywriting or creative direction experience in DTC brands.
• Familiarity with Replo or funnel-based marketing systems.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of storytelling structure.
• Experience managing multiple creative production cycles simultaneously.
