Backend Operations Manager Ecommerce - Full-Time

We’re a fast-growing fashion eCommerce company with multiple Shopify stores worldwide.
We’re looking for an experienced, highly structured Backend Operations Manager who can take full ownership of the backend, keeping everything organized, accurate, and efficient.

You’ll work directly with the founder (Sem) and act as the key link between leadership and the operations team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee backend operations: supply chain, invoices, tracking, disputes, and support.

- Manage tracking & delivery using Parcel Panel, 17Track, Yun Express, and ParcelsApp.

- Verify invoices, refunds, and finance sheets in Google Sheets.

- Handle disputes through Disputifier, track, respond, and reduce chargebacks.

- Supervise customer support quality and structure.

- Build clear SOPs and systems to keep operations scalable and clean.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience in Shopify fashion eCommerce / dropshipping backend management.

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills , you’ll communicate daily with the founder.

- Expert in Google Sheets and operational logic.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

- Able to think in systems, not tasks.
