We are a fast-growing dropshipping company operating in Denmark and Germany, and we are looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative who can deliver friendly, reliable, and professional support to our customers.
Your main job is to reply to customer
You will work closely with our operations and fulfillment team to make sure every customer gets the best service possible.
What You Will Do:
? Respond to customer
? Handle questions related to orders, product information, shipping times, tracking, and returns
? Assist with order edits, cancellations, and tracking issues
? Manage payment-related support and disputes (Klarna, PayPal, and credit card providers)
? Document conversations properly in our system
? Escalate complex cases when necessary
? Collect and report customer feedback to improve the experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling disputes, chargebacks, and payment issues is required
(Klarna, PayPal, and credit card processors)
- Fluent written English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow templates while still sounding human
- Familiar with ecommerce or dropshipping workflows
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Customer-first mindset, patient, and solution-oriented

Bonus Points
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Reamaze or similar tools
- Previous customer support role in an ecommerce brand
- Understanding of refunds, return policies, and logistics
