Earth Moon Magick is an independent publishing house devoted to creating oracle and tarot decks; and some other sacred tools that inspire self-discovery, creativity, and spiritual connection. We’re a small team of four. We are heart-centred and deeply value authenticity, integrity, and connection... and we’re expanding our team for one more!
Even though this is a part-time role, if it's a good fit, it can quickly shift into a higher pay and full-time.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Support Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal person loves helping people, thrives in a creative spiritual environment, and is eager to grow with a company that blends art, magic, and spirituality.
The most important thing to us is not your experience, but is that you are reliable, have an enthusiastic personality, are a quick learner, and have a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service
- Support order fulfilment, and keep aware of fulfilment status and customer requests.
- Troubleshoot order or product/shipping issues with a proactive and solutions-based mindset.
- Respond to community inquiries across
- Provide general administrative support to the team (data entry, documentation, light research).
- Help maintain a loving, connected relationship with our customers and audience.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ year experience in customer service, support, and administrative work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized and grounded.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using platforms like Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Positive, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- A love or genuine curiosity for tarot, oracle decks, divination, spirituality, and/or astrology.
Preferred:
- Experience with Shopify, Kickstarter, or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Background in community engagement or content support.
- Knowledge of metaphysical/spiritual terminology and communities.
