With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures and bold global plans, we are looking for a Creative Production Manager to help scale our impact from 8 to 9 figures per year.

The Opportunity

As Creative Production Manager, you’ll be the operational leader of our creative team — coordinating editors, designers, and our UGC manager to turn scripts into high-performing ads. You’ll keep production fast, organized, and innovative while maintaining top quality.

What You Will Do

-Manage the full creative production process — from script ready to launch — ensuring every script moves quickly from copy to UGC to edit to ready-to-launch.
-Assign work to editors, designers, and the UGC manager, keeping tasks and folders organized.
-Review and approve every ad before launch to ensure naming, quality, and editing are correct.
-Request new creators from the UGC manager when needed, choose the best fits, and make sure all footage arrives on time.
-Track and report creative output weekly to show what we are doing, how fast we’re moving, and where there are bottlenecks.
-Run quick syncs with editors, designers and the UGC manager to train the team, spot bottlenecks and fix them
-Keep raising the bar by research editing trends, improve team speed, and maintain a high creative standard.
-Document what works, what doesn’t, and build playbooks that make the team faster over time.
-Highlight the best performing edits each week and suggest what to test next.

Who You Are

-2+ years of experience leading a creative or video production team for a DTC or performance marketing brand.
-Strong understanding of paid social creative formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin).
-Experienced in coordinating editors, creators, and designers across time zones.
-Extremely organized, system-driven, and detail-obsessed — nothing slips under your watch.
-Familiar with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, Drive, Slack/ ---------- , and Loom.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to spot problems, improve processes, and track output.
-Driven by speed, quality, and results — you move fast but never lose precision.
-Excellent communicator — keeps teams aligned, clear, and accountable.
-Fast learner who can operate with urgency and integrity.
-Thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about marketing.

What Success Looks Like in the First 30 Days

Week 1-2
-Onboarding and daily training with our Creative Performance Lead and Head of Marketing
-Learn QuietLab’s ad production systems, naming conventions, and SOPs.
-Get familiar with the creative team, workflows, and feedback process.
-Understand our ad formats, deliverables, and creative testing cadence.
-Start weekly Loom reports summarizing team output and best-performing creatives.

Week 3-4
-Take full ownership of your pod’s creative pipeline — manage production from brief to launch.
-You became a trusted partner in our creative and marketing department and the team can count on you to produce high volumes of high-quality ads daily!
-Streamline the team’s workflow and remove production bottlenecks.
-Deliver 100% of assets on time, with zero rework.
-Raise the pod’s weekly creative output and quality standards.
