ABOUT THE ROLE:

Monster Group's Bacolod office is seeking new Sales Representatives to join its team.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and outbound calls, maintaining and creating strong relationships with both residential and business clients.

We've now operated in Bacolod for over 3 years now and not only has our company continuously shown growth and development, our staff who have stayed with us through our journey have too. Keeping with our growth mindset, we are now looking for more talented individuals to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Identify and engage prospective clients in the energy and internet markets of Australia.

Tailor and present compelling proposals showcasing the value proposition of our brokerage services.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position our brokerage services and capitalise on market opportunities effectively.

Create and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent English listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must be computer savvy

Willing to work ON-SITE in our Bacolod office on 20 Lacson Street
